Free shipping applies to most of the lower 48 states. For our customers in Canada, Europe, Alaska, Hawaii, and other remote or offshore regions we extend a $20 shipping credit toward the actual shipping cost for orders that qualify. Actual charges over $20 may be added after the order is weighed for shipping.
We will gladly issue store credit for any stock items returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase. We will always try to reach a fair solution to reasonable requests regarding returns or credit. No credit will apply for returns without prior phone authorization and number. No returns on custom items. No returns on used or previously installed items. No returns on components ordered for use with curtain rods from other manufacturers. Piecing together curtain rods with parts from various manufacturers can be dangerous, and is never recommended. Return credit will be reduced by actual packing and shipping charges if discounted on original invoice. Restocking fees may apply.
We will always go out of our way to be fair and helpful, your satisfaction means the world to us, and we want your job to be perfect. Ultimately our reputation boils down to your satisfaction.
Though order cancellations have never been an issue here, we are required to display our cancellation policy. So, if you cancel your order after we have started processing it, we hope you will understand our need to charge for processing, cuttting, packaging, or shipping costs that we have incurred. minimum charges would be 10% of the order, or $20.

If you are having difficulty installing our hardware, and have read our installation instructions, please give us a call, we can usually help. If you have run into a problem during installation due to measurement issues, or for any reason, please rest assured that we have probably seen it before, and can usually help, perhaps by replacing stock items with custom items, or sharing installation tips obtained through many years of experience manufacturing and installing hardware for the industries top design professionals.
All orders are expedited, we know this is important to you and we always do our best. Our shipping companies understand this as well and deliver almost every package on time and in perfect condition. If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or incorrect, we will always make it our top priority to make it right, though we can not ship or replace packages using overnight, or expedited shipping to accommodate installation schedules. Please allow adequate time to inspect your shipments prior to scheduling installation. Any claims regarding shortage, inaccuracy, or damage must be made within 10 days of delivery.
Shipping companies do not issue refunds or adjustments for delays caused by weather or disaster, though these occurrences are rare, please keep this in mind if you are paying for expedited shipping, especially in the winter.
