Do you make Curtain rods for Bay Windows?
Yes, Just measure the walls and pick out your hardware. You may order the rod online using the total length, then give us the details in the comments section at checkout. We will make the necessary adjustments and email you back a corrected invoice for your approval. Then as always with custom orders, we will wait for your approval before we proceed or charge your credit card. The necessary hardware usually includes two pivoting rod connectors and additional mounting bracket. about $100 over the standard rod.
I want a rod with end mounts or end caps and I don't see the option online, how do I order it, and how much is it?
No problem, just order the rod with finials and include your special instructions in our comment section at checkout. We'll make the changes here and send you a corrected invoice. We will not charge your card or proceed until you approve the invoice.
Do you make double rods?
Yes, just click "double rod" when you get to question #3 Mounting Brackets on our quick quote page. Your quote will include a complete double rod set including two rods, double mounting brackets, four finials, mounting hardware, and the number of rings you select. Then click add to cart and check out.
My windows are close to the corner, do you make corner rods?
Yes, just order the total length and let us know that it's a corner window in comments at checkout. We'll need the two individual measurements from the corner of the room so we can make the necessary adjustments to your invoice and email you back a copy for your approval. You may quote the rod on our quick quote page using the total length. The additional hardware will add $28 and additional mounts may be necessary depending upon the length. Then click add to cart and check out.
I am not sure I got my order correct or complete, should I submit it?
Yes, don't worry. If you note any questions, special instructions, or additions in the comment section at checkout, it will allow us to input your data and email you back a copy for editing. We will allow you to confirm your order prior to cutting your rods or charging your credit card.
You sell eyelet rings and rings with clips, what is the difference?
Eyelet rings are designed to be sewn on or used with standard drapery pins. These are by far the most popular with designers as they hold more securely and give you a more finished look. Rings with clips are good for very light or temporary drapes that get changed often, like shower curtains.
What is your turn around time?
Very quick! We try to stock every item shown on the web site, and ship most curtain rod orders the same week they are placed. Custom made parts and custom plate cutting like t-straps and hinges may take several weeks.
How much is shipping?
We charge only 20.00 for one curtain rod, and 10.00 for each additional curtain rod shipped anywhere in the lower 48 states. We cover the additional charges as a service to our customers. Bookmark our site to watch for our free shipping specials. Custom orders and hardware are quoted based on weight and size.
What is the longest curtain rod you can ship?
We can ship ANY length curtain rod in one piece for an additional cost. However, we will generally split curtain rods over 106" at the mounting points to allow for free shipping, and have developed a system that is invisible, strong, easy to assemble, and will allow you to build a high quality curtain rod that is as long as you require without concern of sagging or poor performance.
Rest assured, we can easily guarantee that any of our joined curtain rods will be as strong and functional as a one piece curtain rod.
I did not receive tracking info, can I call to check on the status of my order?
Yes, we understand that you are excited about receiving your hardware and welcome your calls. Although as your shipment leaves our warehouse, tracking info will automatically be sent from "UPS Quantum View" to the email address that you listed on your order form. These notices may be viewed as junk by some email servers so if you will please check your bulk mail and junk mail before calling, it will free us up to process your order more quickly.
